As a Registered Dietitian, I am passionate about empowering individuals to make informed dietary choices that enhance their health and well-being. I am especially interested in gut health and preventative nutrition, which I believe are the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. My approach focuses on empowering individuals to make sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes that prioritize whole, minimally processed foods while cultivating balance. My goal is to help individuals not just improve their diets but also embrace a holistic approach to wellness that enhances quality of life at any age.

Consultation
Insurance is accepted (Cigna, Aetna, Anthem, and United Health Care) and most clients pay $0 out of pocket for sessions.
What to Expect
The initial consultation is a time for information gathering. We need to get a feel for where you are, what you need, what your goals are, and if we are a good fit for you. It’s also a good time for you to get to know us, your partner in health. We hope that you are able to walk away with 1-2 goals to help get the ball rolling, and then build on those goals as habits are formed.
Expect to spend about 60-90 minutes in this session.
Follow up sessions are much more collaborative. This is the time we review what has worked well, what didn’t go well. We will also use this time to review how to improve the things that didn’t work for you and address any education opportunities at this time.
Follow ups are usually between 30-60 minutes, whatever works best for you!
